Csi scrapbook challenges #26

I recently discovered the csi scrapbook challenges on someone's blog and was intrigued. I fancied giving this weeks challenge a go

Evidence used, scallops, crown accent, fleur de lys, icing (I used gesso)
Testimony used, royal family journaling - king, and scallops used near journaling spot.
Here are a few pictures of my attempt. I very much enjoyed my first csi challenge and will certainly be participating again sometime!

The incredible hulk layout

A go at a heavily distressed layout to resemble the Hulks rage. This was my favourite ride at Universal Studios, Florida












Layout uses simple stories patterned paper, tim holts card stock and title is from Joulees boutique.

The return to scrapbooking

I had stopped scrapbooking a few years ago due to lack of inspiration and a problem with confidence in my work

Me and my mum went to the papermaze crop and I felt really inspired and wanted to try the kit provided

Here is my creation

Magnolia tilda topper - first attempt at detailed topper

Here goes my first ever detailed topper. After seeing numerous blogs and items on eBay I decided to try my own





I used a gorgeous Magnolia Tilda stamp, nestibles dies, tim holtz tattered florals die, patterned paper, lace and my own sentiment stamp which reads roses are red, violets are blue sugar is sweet as are you
